Whether you want to share your experience, support an event, introduce students to your company, or help fund the program, there is a place for you here.

BuildHER mentors help participants learn more about the industry, grow their confidence, build professional skills, and begin creating meaningful relationships. Mentors share their experiences, answer questions, and provide encouragement throughout the program year.
Mentors should be willing to connect consistently, offer honest guidance, and help mentees explore the many paths available within the built environment.

Volunteer opportunities may include helping with event setup, welcoming participants, supporting workshops, taking photos, organizing materials, assisting with outreach, or sharing a specific professional skill.
